73 Degrees Bicycle Shop is a trading name of 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop Limited. All mentions of 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop henceforth are therefore mentions of 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop Limited
1.Our Contract
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop Ltd (No: 08985538) (we and us) to the customer (you). Any disputes are governed by UK law.
1.2 All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether in-store, by telephone, via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable) : i) by delivery of the goods to you; or ii) by providing the goods you have purchased to you at the counter, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.
1.3 The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
2.1 All orders placed by you and purchases of good by you from us, are subject to acceptance by us (as described in clause 1.2). We may choose not to accept your order or purchase for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
2.2 Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Term and Conditions.
2.3 We may not accept your order if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods you have ordered;
The delivery service provider does not deliver to your area;
One or more of the Goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers; or
We have reason to suspect that there is a risk of a fraudulent transaction
2.4 If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us (in respect of Goods provided by us, and delivery services provided by the delivery service provider (unless amounts in respect of delivery are refunded directly by the delivery service provider)), from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
3. Price & Payment
3.1 The price payable for the goods you order or purchase are set out in store and on our website at the time you submit your order. All prices include the current applicable VAT rate unless otherwise stated,
3.2 Occasionally, we advertise goods at a promotional code, you must quote the relevant promotion code, otherwise you may be charged the full price.
3.3 Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use our reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description.
4. Returns
4.1 You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of date of delivery or purchase at the counter for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’ with its original packaging and tags with a valid receipt/delivery note. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the notice of cancellation. You will lose your right to cancel after 30 days, this does not affect your rights in relation to faulty goods.
4.2 Returns can be made directly to 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop, including purchases made online. Alternatively you can return your goods by post. You should always keep proof of postage and we advise you to use a ‘signed for service’ when returning goods.
4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
4.4 Send your goods securely packaged by a recorded delivery method, including a copy of your receipt and the returns form to:

4.5 Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt / delivery note / proof of purchase.
Faulty Goods
4.6 Where goods are being returned because they are faulty, your right to return goods in these circumstances is not limited to 30 days. Refunds will include any delivery charges incurred by the buyer (excluding ‘Special Delivery’) in the return of the item if it is faulty or the incorrect item was sent to you by us.
4.7 Without prejudice to your right to cancel orders generally under this clause, if you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 30 days of delivery or collection, you have the right to reject the goods and receive a full refund, alternative, if we are able we are happy to provide a replacement.
4.8 If an item develops a fault after 30 days following delivery or collection, we may offer a repair or replacement of the item, or offer a price reduction or refund.
4.9 Your legal rights as a Consumer are not affected by the provision of this clause.

5. Bike Returns
5.1 If you wish to return your bike to us please keep it in the box it arrived in and call us on 0117 986 6885 and we will arrange a collection by a courier of our choice.
Please note the following:
If we have sent you the incorrect bicycle, we will cover the cost of collection and delivery of the correct model
If we have delivered the bicycle you ordered, but upon inspection you decide it is not the bike for you, we will charge you £25 for the collection
Please do not ride the bike as a full refund cannot be given if the bike has been used, we reserve the right to reduce any refund in the event there are signs of damage / use / wear & tear
6. Accuracy of Website Content
6.1 The team at 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop make every effort to be as accurate as possible in the images and descriptions on our website.
6.2 Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time. 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability (or otherwise) of any part/s required for the repair of an item. If you have ordered an item and it does not match your expectations based on its description on 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop website we will provide you with a full refund upon the return of the item within 14 days.

7. Demo Bikes
7.1 When Demoing any bike from any of our stores you are agreeing to our terms and conditions: 1) Any damage to the demo bike whilst in the possession of the hirer during their hire period will be assessed and the hirer will be charged for the damage. 2) If the demo bike is lost or stolen during the hirer’s hire period then the price of the bike (this will be determined by the 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop Manager) will be charged.

8. Estimated Delivery Times
8.1 If your order is placed before 12noon on a weekday and is in stock it will be dispatched on the day of ordering and should arrive within 3 working days. Any orders received after 12noon cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched that day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Mondays. Once an item is dispatched it should arrive within 3 working days (provided it is in stock), and will be delivered not more than 30 days from the date of order unless expressly agreed between you and us. This excludes orders made for bikes. Some bulky items are sent next day delivery. We reserve the right to deliver items in instalments by separate delivery shipments.
8.2 We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavour to despatch all parts within quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. In the event that an item has been discontinued and must be withdrawn we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative if one is available.
8.3 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop has no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time before dispatch by calling our team on 0117 986 6885
8.4 All deliveries need to be signed for. Please supply us with a delivery address where there is likely to be someone available to sign for your order during normal working hours. When signing for any delivery please inspect the packaging and if you see signs of damage write the word ‘damage’ next to your signature - this is particularly important when signing for receipt of a bicycle.
8.5 Deliveries will be made via a registered Courier Company or Royal Mail who will use their standard delivery procedures depending upon the weight of your goods and the destination. You will be expected to make yourself available for delivery or to provide a suitable address where delivery can be effected.
8.6 For health and safety reasons and to avoid any property damage deliveries can only be to the exterior of a ground floor location at the delivery address. We will not provide any unpacking, installation, fitting or waste removal services upon delivery.

9. Liability Policy
9.1 We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third party claims.
9.2 We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your legal rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude or limit our liability to you for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or from any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law.
9.4 All goods are sold in accordance with the manufacturers specifications and are subject to any qualifications, representations or instructions contained in the documentation associated with the goods.
Events beyond our control
9.5 We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder or for any other liability, in each case that is caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to: Accidents, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, failure of telecommunication networks, inability to use transport networks, mechanical failures, acts of God, disease, terrorist attack, war, civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, national lockdowns, acts or restraints of Government and imposition or restrictions of imports or exports.

10. Privacy Policy
10.1 We will never sell or pass on your name and address to any other organisation without your consent. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018). Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Site Security
11.1 All credit and debit card payments both online and by telephone are processed through CardCutters and V12, and are not stored or known to 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop personnel.

12. General Note
12.1 These terms and conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

13. Voucher Code T&C’s
Voucher codes can only be redeemed at time of purchase
Voucher codes cannot be used against any limited edition or exclusive bikes

14. Website Property

14.1 All images, logos, photographs, written word, descriptions on this website are the property of 73 Degrees Bicycle Shop or used with express permission, it is not permitted to copy or reproduce them in any way.
